Are you a member of the CTBTO Youth Group working on nonproliferation, disarmament, and CTBT-related issues? Are you looking for opportunities to expand your professional network,  enrich your research through access to world-class experts and professionals, and find new avenues to publish your work?

CTBTO and Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS) are excited to announce the launch of CTBTO Youth Group Research Fellowship.

The project aims to help promising young scholars to build their professional network by giving them access to top professionals and experts in the field of nuclear disarmament and nonproliferation.

Over the course of four months (September - December), the CYG Research Fellows will be invited to attend webinar series lectured by prominent experts and diplomats, to conduct research on CTBT, nonproliferation and disarmament issues, and to engage with distinguished scholars and practitioners.

The best research papers produced by the fellows will be published in top journals focused on international relations, security and nonproliferation. Research results will also be showcased on the CYG website and issued in an annual electronic magazine.

Moreover, the authors of the best publications will be invited to the 2022 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference, co-organized by CENESS in partnership with CTBTO on 7-9 April 2022.

APPLY until September 3, 2021. Due to the limited amount of spots available, the applications will be subject to review by the organizers https://forms.gle/NJWL2N8JAs521nhR7
