The CTBTO and Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS) launched the first edition of CTBTO Youth Group Research Fellowship.

During the last four months, the CTBTO Youth Group Research Fellows have had a unique chance to interact with leading non-proliferation and disarmament experts, learn from their remarkable experience and conduct research on topics related to the CTBT/O.

On 17 December, during the Closing Session of the CTBTO-CENESS Research Fellowship, they seized the opportunity to present and discuss their findings with the Executive Secretary of the CTBTO, Dr Robert Floyd, and UN Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for Disarmament Affairs, Ms Izumi Nakamitsu.
